I’ve always been passionate about movement. Growing up, I played competitive soccer through high school and later coached youth soccer for over a decade. My journey into fitness and personal training began after a life-changing injury in my senior year of high school, where I broke my leg. That experience reshaped my perspective on movement, recovery, and the power of resilience.

After moving to Tahoe, I immersed myself in mountain sports and began coaching soccer. I also completed my Massage Therapy Certification in 2008, which introduced me to the importance of bridging bodywork with strength and mobility. As I worked with clients, I saw firsthand how empowering it was to help people strengthen and mobilize their problem areas, leading me to personal training.

My training focuses on creating a mind-body connection, ensuring every movement is safe, effective, and purposeful. With a holistic approach, I blend strength training, mobility work, and corrective exercises to help my clients achieve sustainable results.

Who I Train
I work with clients of all levels, from beginners and seniors to young athletes, professionals, and those recovering from injury or physical therapy.

Outside the Studio
When I’m not coaching, you can find me playing soccer in local leagues, digging for crystals in the mountains, mountain biking, snowboarding, skateboarding, or enjoying live music and dancing. My favorite workout? Anything involving kettlebells!
